Now, I started working with this 2/21/2012

Now, I started working with this company in 2011. Not one time was I lied to about anything. Everything that I was told I would get, I got. I ran my office in south phoenix and now about to open my 2nd office. I was told if I finished my training I would get a office and I did. I was told they will get me my own apartment and they did. They told me I will make money and not worry about being broke and I did. I was told I would own my business and I did! So for those who did not make it through and quit and say it is a scam you are sadly wrong B.O.S. has changed my life for the better. This is not for everyone but those who have drive can do well with this company. more

The negativity from people who are BLOW OUTS is bullshisa 8/31/2011

I myself worked at BOS for around 3-4 weeks and at times i was skeptical about a few things but eventually they were corrected in my mind. my bosses were both very laid back people and i will always remember my trainer Samerra because she had the exact same B-Day as me. day month and year. she was off the chain crazy and hilarious and she made the whole time i was at both a very kick ass experience. i would definitely still be there but my use of the legal drug MDPV ""8 balls bath salts"" screwed my chances. i can say that i did learn a suprising aMOUNT of knowledge and had some crazy times..btw if you ever read this jim b....HEY DO ANY OF YOU HAVE THE KEYS???? i send out love to de. sherm. sam. whit. timo. but i gotta say %&&^% ALL YOU BLOW OUTS. (IM TECHNICALLY NOT IN THAT CATEGORY) RYAN C. ""Ebonilla"" Heisler out....send me a bottle of versace blue jeans and the jean Paul goutia ""the panty dropper"" :P DUECES more

Life Changing Opportunities For Those Willing To Earn It 6/16/2011

In my 1st interview at BOS Management I was offered a position as an entry level branch manager for the company. I would have to complete a 4 phase training program first to prepare me, from the ground up, in every aspect of business ownership. I myself had been looking for a way to run my own business, but my field of study had always been medical (8 years Army 68W M6 [Combat Medic with Nursing Identifier] and 2 1/2 years civilian EMS) so I never knew how to go about it. This was an opportunity that I had to take. I was trained directly by the branch owners from the bottom up, how to run and operate a branch location for the company. With a lot of hard work, dedication, and sweat equity, I finished my training program in early May 2011 and opened my very own branch location here in Atlanta, GA. I urge any person who aims to be their own boss and own their own business, to get into this training program, work your ass off, and get open. If you go through the training program you will hear them talk about me, I'm Chad, their first promotion. Leave a comment on my review if you want to ask me a question. I'll respond assuming the the site emails me to let me know. more

Out of the rat race, into the future. 4/26/2011

I answered the ad which offered me two choices: Entry level management, or receptionist position. While the receptionist position, while it seemed to be the easier option (and I?ve been used to try to take the easy route when it was possible.), my instinct opted for the management position. Why not take a shot at owning my own business? I felt like there were times I could do better than my boss in other jobs. The training program, while at first was a little more work than I was used to, made sense. I learned how to run my own business from the ground up, from marketing, training others how to market, how to manage others (and myself),and the administrative work such as the inventory and accounting. When you?re the boss, you have to do more than an employee. But with great responsibility comes great rewards. I see people from all walks of life, people you?d never guess as business owners. I?m amazed at their success, and how ordinary (with some extraordinary qualities like work ethic, optimism) people calling their own shots. Why not me? more

TOTAL SCAM 2/28/2011

I was pulled in by a job advertisement and called the posted number. The ""kid"" (I'm only 25 and saying that!!) that answered the phone said ""check it out"" to me 6 times during our two minute conversation. His only question was ""do you have reliable transportation?"" yeah, good to know they are focused on hiring good people. Apparently my degree doesn't matter. Interview was a joke and they were willing to hire me without even knowing my last name, much less ever seeing a resume or hearing a word about my job history. Don't waste your time on this, It is a throw away job for kids maybe, but definitely not a career option. Check out the pissedconsumer website for more information. They used to function as Triple Crown Management or SCENTRA. more
