Boru's Bar & Grill

I was refered by a friend that raved about Borus wings. So, I ordered a try of 50 buffalo wings at 1pm on Super Bowl Sunday to be picked up at 5pm, 4 hours notice. Sent my sons to pick up pizza before grabbing the wings to go home and watch the game. When he got there he was told he had to wait 15 minutes, he waited, then Iwas told it would be 15 more minutes, and finally after a half and hour now he was told it would be another 40 minutes because they were busy. In the mean time, I called him and asked what was taking so long, and by this time the pizza in the car was already cold, we had guests at the house, so I told him to come home and cancel my order. When I called to speak to the owner/ manager I wanted at least an apology, however he criticized me by saying ""what kind of people order 50 buffalo wings on Superbowl Sunday""... get a clue because only about half of America... very rude, very sarcastic and extremly poor customer service. more

Its a small cool irish bar. People of different ages groups go there. Majority are white people. Been there on some open mic nights. Crowd is usually pleasant and not problematic. Its long and narrow and at times can get quite full. Prices are reasonable. They also serve food no wait staff you order at the bar. more
