I came to the dealership with an s40 in mind. I walked through the front door and no one said hi. I proceeded through the rear doors to look at the vehicles they had for approximately 15 mins. After no sales person came out, I decided to go back to my car. There were 3 sales people and only one other customer. A sales person looked at me than decide that sitting at his desk was more important. Guess their businness is very good and they dont need sales. I will take my business elsewhere. A mechanic did say hi. It may be because he was a minority and I am a minority as well. more
