Bad experience at the service center 9/8/2014

I took my 2006 Honda Odyssey which I bought from Borman in so that they could repair the automatic sliding door and the service light indicator that had come on. After misquoting me by nearly $600 neither problem is fixed and I ended up leaving $1600 there for apparently for nothing. I wrote the sales manager and email outlining the problems I had at his service department and have received no correspondence from him or his direct supervisor. I will let this serve as another invitation for Borman service department to correct the problem I brought the van in for the first time at no additional cost. more

Good Service 8/17/2005

I bought my car at Borman's about 3 years ago. It was a nice experience. I dealt with John Legarreta, I don't know if he's still there or not. But he was very helpful. I had my own lender, and he worked very good with my lender and didn't give me any grief about it. He also let me drive off the car on my own for a few miles to "feel it out" before I actually signed any paperwork. Overall, I feel I received good service from this dealership and would most likely consider buying from them again. more
