Border Limousine SVC

If I could rate this a -5 I would!The office was very nice when we called to book a limo for a Bachelorette Party. Our driver, Mike, showed up on time & we went to Jacques to see the Drag Queen Show. After trying to call Mike about 4 times because our bachelorette wanted to get something from the limo, I turn around to see Mike; our limo driver, the person we're paying to make sure we get around safe,is sitting at the bar enjoying a bottle of Budweiser (very unprofessional!). Spoke to him & he gave me a long story about how he knows the bartenders at Jacques since he brings Bachelorette parties there all the time & he was only having 1 drink. Great, but we hired a limo so the Bachelorette Party could have a few drinks & have a fun night out. After we leave the Show we decided to go to Faneuil Hall. I look the front window, only to see that we were driving into oncoming traffic! Mike took a wrong turn, did a 10 point turn & drove over a curb so everyone spilled their drinks on themselves & got us to Faneuil Hall ""safely"" (I hope whomever's reading this can realize that last comment was sarcasm). We get to Faneuil Hall & I guess Mike was very tired because he wouldn't even get out to open the door for us & the same when we returned to the limo when we were finished. We did get home safe, but I wouldn't recommend Border Limo. more

!!! WARNING !!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID ! I TRIED THESE GUYS TWICE HOPING THE FIRST TIME WAS JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE THAT WAS JUST BY CHANCE ! IT WASNT ! THE CARS THEY USE ARE FAR FROM ROAD WORTHY AND NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE OVER 350,000 MILES EACH ON THEM BUT THEY SMELL HORRIFIC ALONG WITH THE DRIVER'S WHO SMOKE ON THE CARS WHICH I THINK IS ILLEGAL AS ITS CONSIDERED A PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ! ON MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CRAP COMPANY, THE CAR BROKE DOWN AND I MISSED MY FLIGHT AT LOGAN AIRPORT COSTING ME AN ADDITIONAL $500.00 DOLLARS TO FLY WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND EVERYONE I SPOKE TO JUST PASSED THE BUCK TO THE NEXT PERSON AND I FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK FROM A BLOCKED NUMBER BY SOMEONE NAMED BRIAN, WHO WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS LAST NAME AS THE NUMBER HE CALLED FROM HE BLOCKED ME FROM SEEING. I LATER LEARNED HE IS A DOG CATCHER FOR THE BILLERICA POLICE DEPARTMENT AND HE TOLD ME I WAS AN FOR HARASSING HIS EMPLOYEES AND IF I DIDNT LIKE THE SERVICE , I COULD GO AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY DONE THIS IF I KNEW HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS EXCUSE FOR AN AGENCY WAS GOING TO TREAT ME. I AM FILING A LAWSUIT FOR MAKING ME MISS MY FLIGHT AND FORCING ME TO SIT IN A CAR WITH A DRIVER SMOKING ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT TO BEGIN WITH ! LET ME SAVE YOU THE NIGHTMARE I HAD !
