Friendly staff and great selection 1/8/2012

I have wanted boots for a really long time. I went to BOOTJACK, INC and the staff greeted me with smiles and asked if i was looking for anything specific. They showed me where the women's boots were and i started trying boots on. I had a hard time deciding and one of the owners came over to help give me helpful advice. She recommended the Ariat's and they are so comfortable. I would recommend Bootjack to anyone who needs any western wear, they have a great selection. Thanks BOOTJACK! Pros: null Cons: null more

Never open 11/9/2011

A GREAT store! 4/7/2010

I have bought work boots, pants, gloves, shirts, and hats from here and the employees have always been nice and helpful. I bought one pair of boots and went home to try them on (remembering to walk on carpet like the person there said to do) and decided I didn't like how they fit. I took them back and there wasn't any problem. This is a great place to shop. Pros: Great customer service! Cons: Not open 24/7 more
