Well, I heard that this store was the place to go for boots. So my fiance' and I drove down to get my Birthday Boots. After my experience at this place, I would say go somewhere else. May I suggest Winchester Western Wear on San Carlos. At least they were helpful and knew about how their operation worked.\r

First of all, I need to say that Kayla (salesperson) was attentive in getting boots for me to try on. That is about the only good point that you will see in this review. I finally chose an awesome pair of Lucchese Boots for $300+. So my fiance' dropped a good chunk of change in this store. Unfortunately they didn't have my size, so i needed to have them shipped from another store. \r

Kayla advised my fiance' that the stores are doing inventory, however, the store in Wyoming DID have the boots and WOULD ship them UPS the next day. We went in on Aug 15 and as of Aug 30 I still have not received the boots.\r

I'm not sure what the other 2 gals (Melissa & Judy who is the manager) are sippin' on in the store, but they are very rude and have no concept of customer service. The first time I called to check on my boots, Melissa had no idea of where my boots were and said to call back in a week. I called back a week later and once again Melissa had no clue, other than to say that she would have her ICS (whoever that is) call me first thing the next day. Well, guess what? The next day came and I hadn't heard from the ICS. So I called in and got Judy (manager) who right away put me on the defensive with her attitude. She told me that the ICS person had gone home and there wasn't much she could do. I then tried to brief her on what had transpired, but she interrupted me by saying that she found it hard to believe that one of her employees would say that the boots would ship out the next day since they are currently in the inventory process. \r

This may be the worst shopping experience I've had in years. I will never, ever, go back to this store nor will I recommend this store to my family or friends. \r

At this point in time I'm still waiting for my boots to come in.\r
