Boones Mill Auto Svc

Read the previous post and disagree with them. I have been going to Boones Mill Auto Service for about 20 years, have bought 2 cars from them, and they do mechanical work on my 4 vehicles. They have always been honest and reliable in all my transactions. They do all warranty work on my 2 new cars and maintain the other 2 older cars for me. I would highly reccomend them for all cars both foreign and domestic. Pros: Friendly, Helpful,AAA Towing Cons: Busy but they work you in more

I had previously used Boones Mill auto service with out any complicated work being done. I had thought that the people seemed very friendly at the time and soon after recommended my mother to have some serious work done on her ford expedition. while they gave her a quoted to do a tune up and computer check, they discovered that she needed to have several more hundred dollars worth of work done in order to correct her check engine light troubles. She agreed to this work and upon getting her vehicle back the following day, she soon noticed that the check engine light was right back on. I advised she call the service center and had thought they would take care of it without additional charges. I was wrong, they had told her she would have to pay once again to have a computer check done, even though she had just paid them nearly $980 for the work she was told was needed to correct this problem to begin with.\r As you can imagine, she was very upset about the whole issue and the vehicle seemed to act nor run any better after having such a costly service provided. I call this poor service and very poor customer satisfaction. I will never use this service again nor will I ever recommend any one else to this service center.
