This was my animal hospital I could not say enough good things about them but then my dog Cookie died suddenly and when I took my other dog Jeffery in for a check up on my receipt was "Cookie died other" yep just what I needed to see, OK they needed to take her out of the computer but I didn't need a reminder. Fast forward a year Leeca was diagnosed with lung cancer, I was made to feel guilty for not treating her. She was helped along unfortunately after hours at an emergency vet two months after her diagnosis. Boone was informed of her passing, I got a sympathy card life went on SIX months after her death I got a post card telling me that she was due for shots, I called they apologised three weeks later another post card I ignored it, one week later a phone call when I told them she was dead the girl hung up.
