I talk ablot of busses when I'm in the Albany area because parking is terrible. Many times i have quite a wait and hate sitting on benches, so I visit this little book store. The staff is always friendly and they have most of the current best sellers in stock at reasonable prices. It's a great place to spend a few minutes out of the rush of downtown albany. more

Small but complete 11/7/2005

This is a smaller non-chain store in downtown albany. They carry everything new and recent, at competitive prices. The staff is always willing to help you locate anything you're looking for and if they don't carry a title they are willing to special order it for you as long as it's in current circulation. more

Nice bookstore 8/21/2005

Nice downtown book store located in the Empire State Plaza. They have a nice selection, especially considering they are not a chain bookstore. They have all of the new books that come out, and they regularly have items on sale. Their prices are good on most of the items. They also sell some gift and souvenir type items. more
