Great value 6/27/2009

Book buyers is a wonderful gem in our city. The prices are very good and the children's selection can't be beat. My girls and I love to spend an afternoon there. Beware the cat! more

terrific used book store 1/6/2009

this is one of my favorite spots in Charlotte. a tremendous selection of used books and the owner knows usually right away if he has the book you are looking for or not. great books of all genres and some gems can be found within the stacks: children's books, art books, fiction, travel, decorating, you ask for it, they have got it - and in a cool spot in Charlotte with several restaurants nearby. we go for an afternoon after lunch or before dinner. perfect way to spend time in Charlotte! more

Friendly service, great selection. 2/20/2008

This is a great place to buy or sell your used books. They are located in the old Heroes Aren't hard to find comic shop building which is huge for a used book store. They have an awesome collection of books, organized very neatly, and always give great service. Pros: Great service and selection. Cons: Only used books no new releases. more

Well-kept Secret! 2/8/2008

I was referred to this place by a friend. When I walked in I was amazed at the selection of books they had....all used and most in good condition, and very affordable. The best part is that you can also trade your books in, or sell them. Pretty good selection, depending on timing. more
