Bonsall Pet Hospital

DO NOT GO HERE. Here is why...While I waited almost an HOUR in a tiny room with my energetic dog waiting for Dr. Ferguson, Andrea (who is strange and I think takes the pet tranquilizers herself) comes in to tell me that the doctor had had an "accident" during the operation he was just performing. Basically she was telling me that he just killed someone's dog..."accidentally." When he finally came in with the plump/husky blond tech (Vanessa maybe?) after we waited almost an hour, their demeanor was bizarre, probably because they had just killed someone's pet. The way they communicated with each other was unprofessional and in my opinion disrespectful. The plump/husky blond tech never even said hello to us or smiled or even spoke to us. Dr. Ferguson, Andrea, the plump/husky blond tech, and the receptionist are unprofessional and lack compassion. Huge mistake taking my dog there. I will never go back. I hope with the construction on 76 eventually forces this "hospital" to shut do more

Immaculately clean and caring. Dr. Ferguson and his staff are professionals who are compassionate and genuine . When other vet offices were rushed and callous, Andrea and Doc were there when we needed them most with tenderness, empathy and the highest level of professionalism. I only wish I'd found them earlier. I couldn't recommend them more highly and will use them exclusively in the future! more

Dr. Ferguson and his staff are by far the very best. When our dog needed help the most, they showed more compassion than any other veterinarian than I have ever experienced. The staff is very caring and gentle with the animals, and treat them as their own. Dr. Ferguson is an extremely well spoken doctor and even more thoughtful. His office is a little bit off the beaten path, but the experience and level of care is more than worth the drive. more

Dr. Ferguson is the best vet in the area in my opinion. He's caring, thoughtful, puts a lot of time into each animal, and gives us a wide array of choices when there is a problem. He costs a little bit more than other vets, but he's well worth the money because he provides much better care. more

When my dog has a broken leg, we rushed to Bonsall Pet Hospital. The Veterinarian here is very quick to respond and fix him up. There was no line to wait. The hospital was very clean and well maintained. The only complain is that there were some smells, but it is a pet hospital after all. I would recommend it to everyone. more
