Best All you Can Sushi Bar 6/27/2011

This is the best Sushi Bar in Santa Clarita or the San Fernando Valley. Their All you Can Eat has the greatest selection of rolls and anything else you might want. I've been to most of the other sushi places in Santa Clarita but the problem is that the ""Other"" Places maybe have about 6 to 10 different kinds of rolls. Bonsai has about 20 and they are all great. The fish here is Extremely Fresh. They have sweet shrimp, uni and fresh Oysters included in the ""All You Can Eat"" Jason is the best Sushi chef because he is fast, very friendly and you can tell him your darkest secrets and he always listens to you. Lunch is about $21.95 and Dinner is about $25.95. Give them a try you will see and taste the difference. more

Fantastic 7/13/2003

I've had sushi all over Los Angeles and this little hideaway is a gem. Sit at the sushi bar for a friendly and exciting experience. Plenty of regulars flock to Bonsai Garden for Herman's phenomenal creations. Definitely for the sushi experienced and beginner. The garlic sauce on the albacore is fantastic! The cooked 'Volcano' is a wonderful treat of crab, halibut and slamon....wow! This wonderful find in Santa Clarita is well worth the trip. I have told many friends about Bonsai and they can't believe it's that good. Don't tell everyone.......I still want a seat on Friday night. Pros: Sushi Bar Chef, Great Creations, Price is Right more

Good Lunch/Reasonable Priced 10/11/2002

Good food, lunch combinations are a good deal, the place is a little old and stuffy, slow service during lunch (I have only been there during lunch). No free refills on your soda, hot tea is freshly made, I still go back once in a while. Pros: price, lots of parking Cons: sometimes the service more
