Beware of these shysters!!!\r I went to the Watauga location with major dental issues. After taking a bunch of x-rays, Dr. Joseph Bonola (Google him) looked at them & pronounced that he didn't even need to look in my mouth but that I needed $20,000 worth of dental work. Again, he NEVER ONCE looked in my mouth! \r I then went and got a second opinion from a reputable dentist who has been in practice for over 30 years. He said that the work Dr. Bonola wanted to do wouldn't even have worked. He would have known this if he had LOOKED AT MY TEETH! I was a walk in patient at the Next Century Dental and they got me in within a decent amount of time but when i entered the x-ray, examination and surgery areas, I was treated as if i were placed on the back burner the whole time i was there. I was not greeted nor communicated with in a friendly or even professional level. The dentist who examined my x-rays was rude. For instance, ""Only one in a thousand people don't have to have their wisdom teeth removed. Do you think you won the lottory or something?"" and ""I wish i would have won the (Inappropriate word here has to do with reproduction) lottory so I would have different physical features"" These are actual things that the dentist himself said today when i visited. Also just seems as if there are a thousand other things going on and no one has time for the patient. To top it all off, I was charged $75 dollars for the visit and was never informed that there were any charge for an examination. I will never return to this dentist office and will never recommend anyone to go there. I had not been to the dentist in over 20 years. I was a little uncomfortable at first. But after finding out I only had one cavity to fill it was fast painless and easy.\r \r No hassles with billing, very friendly staff.\r \r Cheers\r David\r more

I so regret going to this dentist, bad service, very poor communication skills, unprofessional. They obviously do not know how to do the procedure I went in to do. I have been having a procedure done now for over 8 months and it still is not right. I was told it should take approximately 4 to 6 weeks at the most. I will have to go to another dentist, pay him, and start all over. I do not suggest going to this dentist, no way! Cons: Too Many to mention more

Worst dentist I have ever been to. Don't waste your time or your money. Google the doctor before you go I wish I had I wouldn't have gone near the place. If you are looking for a dentist look somewhere else. Not only does this location charge more than they should they will not even perform a basic cleaning when requested. I went in the other day for just a cleaning and was told that I needed a full mouth abrasion first and then I could come back for a cleaning. I said that is ok I just want a cleaning and they said no we will not do that. To top it off their main dentist in the office has made several inappropriate comments to my wife during her visits and I have even witnessed him grabing employees and making comments to them. People go for cleanings not to be talked to inappropriately and made to feel uncomfortable. I beg you to not use this dentist office and tell as many people as you can about them.
