I have never experienced such brazen disrespect and disregard for a clients wishes. I hired Bonner Landscaping to rectify a drainage problem, fix a stone path that presented a danger to my children, and to do one phase of my property to establish a style . The plan was drawn for the entire property to complete phase by phase in time. I woke up one morning to find that my entire yard had been stripped of bushes and the brush that I had specified be left, 5 $1000+ trees planted randomly in places that made no sense, every bush uprooted and replanted in the woods beside my house , out of sight, and $6,000 of bushes that we had discussed but NEVER PRICED, already installed . $19,000 of unauthorized work, without authorization or scheduling the work to be done. They showed up while I was asleep, and by the time I woke up my yard had been leveled.
I did not research the company, but I would not be surprised to find that this was their m.o.
I paid the invoice assuming that they had done what I had hired them to do, but later found that they had only done what was most profitable, and not ANYTHING that I had stressed as being a priority.
Scott Bonner justifies his actions based on logic of a kindergartner - over and over and over .
From what I have described I leave it up to the reader to form their own opinion and choose their landscaper CAREFULLY>
