I love the atmosphere at Bonita Guadalajara - it reminds me of vacationing in Mexico. I've been to the restaurant several times and can't wait to go back again. Staff is friendly, generous portions, good sized menu & liquor choices, ample parking, and the food is great! My favorite is the chicken pieces in a sour cream sauce with mushrooms (sorry I don't recall the name of it). more

Good authentic Mexican food 10/31/2005

This place is cool because it is in the charming Lower North Mankato neighborhood. The food is fairly inexpensive and comes in large portions. I recommend the enchiladas as well as the chile relleno. The tamales were a little disappointing, but I had never had one before, so I didn't know what to expect. Pros: value, chips and salsa, large portions more
