If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was awful. Garrett, the escrow agent, had a horrible attitude. Said things were 24/7 -- lie. That's just lip service. I've worked in real estate, so I know what is and isn't common.
Just horrible customer service. Expected me to leave my office in the middle of the day to sign docs -- asked what happened to 24/7 and he got snippy.
He also seemed to have some personal vendetta with my loan officer he was insistent on taking out on me. Oh, and he emailed my loan officer and realtor and ""tattled"" that I missed his ONE call.
Argumentative, poor customer service, horrible attitude, and completely unyielding.
