Super Personal Service 12/21/2009

We had some issues with our large screen rear projection LCD TV which was out of warranty. The issue was a known defect by Sony. Bond's helped us deal with the manufactor to get the necessary repairs done at no cost to us. Very personable to work with snad resolved issue in a very timely fashion. Would use them anytime. A Rare Find 11/30/2009

My Flat screen TV/Monitor went out just before the holidays. Bond's responded quickly and was able to repair and restore before the family came and we were able to watch movies/games together. In the day of throw away and get a new one it was my great happiness to know there is someone able to repair my TV & electronics. I was glad to know my future needs can also be met with Bond's experienced personnel. I'm glad to share the find of this Austin company committed to excellence. DO NOT GO HERE! 1/15/2009

I DO NOT EVER recommend this TV repair shop. The owner is extremely hard to deal with and their prices are way too high for the quality of work they do. I have had to make several trips back to the store to get the same problem repaired and they charge me repair fees every time and refuse to refund anything for the prior failed repair attempts claiming I keep re-breaking it, which is not the case. I am NEVER going here again and will probably be contacting my credit card company about this soon. If you must go (i.e. only certified repair shop for your brand), be sure to pay with credit card so it can be disputed. Pros: none Cons: high price, diffcult owner, poor quality work more

Television repair 9/30/2005

I sent a television to Bond's for repair after another local business failed to follow-through on their promises. Bond's was great! They picked up and delivered. They kept in contact with me throughout the repair process. I also had an extended warranty on my television which did not have Bond's as an authorized repair center. When the owner discovered this, he had Bond's certified as an authorized repair center within days, and finished the work on my television. I highly recommend this business!! more
