""We service what we sell"" as it states on their website..........only if you are in the lawn care business. For the average homeowner, you have to wait....and be told what you want to hear. Took my $1000 Toro Timemaster in to replace a leaking transmission after only 6 months of use...I was told 3-5 days to fix prior to bringing it in....then hours later the same manager told me 5-7 days when I took it in...then the excusses began....part didn't arrive....had to fire my mechanic......my new mechanic had family issues....then was promised a date and was told to call him back in 15 minutes to confirm only to find out that he left for the day....it will now be 3 weeks. Maybe they need to revist their website and add some fine print to the ""We service what we sell"".
