Questionable business practice. Over charged me and when I brought it to their attention, Toyota said that they have a right to make a profit. I guess overcharge is another way of making a profit! GREED! more

Very nice people at Spirit Toyota! My experience with Spirit Toyota was very good. I love my new Prius and am pumped about the 50 mpg it gets. Gonna save me a lot of money on gas, especially if gas prices continue going up like they have been! It's so great finally having a new car! more

Spencer was very helpful and up front with me on pricing and helped me get financing on a new Corolla when I really wasn't sure if I could get a loan or not. I even got a $1,000 college grad rebate that I didn't know about so this was great! I love my new Corolla and am very happy with my purchase. I go into this dealership to buy a pre-owned vehicle that I found on an internet website. I go to the internet sales guy, who btw is in a trailer on the back of the lot like stepchild. Any hoo, I asked to test drive the vehicle. He gives me the keys and I notice there's barely any gas in it. I tell him this to which he responds, ""Well how far do you plan on going?"" As if I'm gonna drive somewhere and never come back. I take the test drive and returned telling him I'm interested and ask the price. He tells me something that's about $1500 over the internet listed price. I tell him about the price and that it's on THEIR website and he agrees to give it to me. Because I was waiting on my insurance check from an auto accident, which is why I was shopping, I gave him a good faith check. He gets with his boss and tells him the situation and the boss interrogates me like I'm trying to defraud these people or pay with a welfare check or something. I have great credit, financed the vehicle through MY credit union and drove away only because I liked the vehicle and price. But I would NEVER BUY from these people again. I was treated poorly until they found out I could actually afford to buy it. more

I baught a 2005 Toyota Corrola here and was very pleased with the service and the price. The car is wonderful. A week after I bought the car they called me back in because there was a problem with my contract. When I tried to call them they did not answer or return my calls so when I went in they had me deal with someone else with purchasing who was rude and said the price of my car was wrong and tey needed to add another 1500 dollars to the final sales price. I signed the contract because they insisted since I signed the ""quote price paperwork"" (which was different the the contract price) That that is what I agreed on originally. The price I was given by my salesman was 13,900 and the price they charged me in the end for a used car was 14,500. I will never buy a car from them again and suggest if you do to use caution. Pros: Toyota's are wonderful cars. Cons: Not an honest dealership. more

Asked these guys for a quote on an '07 Prius. They basically quoted me MSRP and refused to budge. Other local dealers were quoting UNDER INVOICE (almost $2K under MSRP)! Pretty much the usual St. Louis city dealer crud - perhaps even a little worse. Ditch these guys and go with a dealer more on the ""perimeter"" of the St. Louis area - they're much more helpful.
