I tried to establish my kids as new patients and I failed. They take two weeks to return one's call and when they do, they are not civil. Their reason for not accepting my kids: they are patients elsewhere. Yes, elsewhere. And that elsewhere is pretty far away. Yet we'll have to drive that distance simply because Boice Willis is so full of, how do I put it delicately, manure.
They also have no idea when their doctors will be accepting new patients. and they hang up once they feel like they have said all they had to say. And what if one has questions, you say. Well, if you have questions and are trying to understand how this place functions, you will have to suck on it. Because Boice Willis Pediatrics office staff (and nurses) are surely NOT going to help you.
Extremely disappointing experience. If you are looking to get established with a pediatrician in Rocky Mount, go elsewhere. It may be wonderful for those who are already in, but a very off-putting place for newcomers.
