Bogarts is Detroit's best kept secret for one reason- the food. I usually don't equate strip clubs with good food, and I have to admit I wasn't too keen on eating at this place the first time I went... but I'm glad I did. more

It's a working man's club, definitely. Cheap compared to many others in the area ($5 cover, $7 beers), its women are actually hot, though. Most of them, at least. Here's the best part: the women give awesome lapdances. I got a straight-up dance last night, but the guys to either side of me were getting a whole lot more. When I mentioned this to my dancer, she laughed and said that for $20 extra she'd do the same. In short, it ended up being a really fun night. I got my ""extra"" and all I had to do was pay an extra $20. Don't listen to haters who say the girls here aren't cute. They are, most of them, even though there is the (rare) uggo. The most important thing to remember is that they all give great dances. At Bogarts if you don't dance well you don't stay. Love this place. Will go back and often. OK if you don't have much money. women not as good-looking in comparison to other clubs, big difference from what is across the street. i noticed a funny smell when i walked in. i won't say what i though it resembled.
