I would not be so sure that all of the great (there are a few bad) reviews are legit. This place doesn't even have an answering machine. That alone is bad customer service.

Look at page 18 or the last page of the post 9/24/2013

I've already posted once about body works an looked through the whole post to find anything that wasn't a five star the very last page an mine post. Thy put 17 pages of post on top of a bad review to hide it don't trust these guys something rotten and its not the cheese more

nice job 8/27/2010

i got rear ended and they fixed my car like new good job on time i asked if they woud wave my deductable they let me no that that is frud if a shop dos that and the other shops i went to wer going to to that and i dont want to go to a shop that woud comit fraud becuse who nose whut they woud do to my car to cut corners if they woud comit fraud shop is very up frunt witch is whut u need when u get in a fender bender more

Never go to bodyworks 4/16/2009

I took my car in to get repaired because I was hit. They fixed the bumper pretty good, but they also had to replace my exhaust and they did a horrible job at it! When I got my car back the exhaust was cricked and the piping showed within the exhaust tip and it was all bent to crap, and there was an exhaust leak. I took it back to them and they threw me for a loop and made me come back 3 different times before they would even look at it. And when they finally looked at it they told me they wouldn’t fix it that they only warranty the paint and body work so they told me I have to contact the parts company they ordered the part from to get it fixed! And the whole time they were so rude about the whole thing. more

Good Job repairing my lexus 4/13/2009

Good: Bodyworks did a great job on my Lexus. They did the work on time, and the car looks great.. Bad: My overall experience was great.. Improvements: No improvements necessary.. more

WOW!! Nothing else to say 7/27/2007

My car was damaged in the wind storm last winter. It had some damage to the hood and grille. Like always I took it to Bodyworks. I got the car back on time and for a reasonable price. When I picked it up 3 days later it was still bad weather out. Even thought they washed the car they asked if I would like to bring it back another time for a quick wash. They have always been great to me and the friends I recommend. more

Quick and Helpful 8/16/2005

After suffering some damage to my car, I took it to Bodyworks Auto Rebuild to be repaired. I dropped it off and was told I could get it in eight business days. While I was waiting, I was able to check the status of my car online and see pictures. Later the next week, my car was ready two days early. The work was well-done and it came with a guarantee for the painting. more
