Silversneakers: Class setting to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Appropriate for all entry level and ages
Body Blast Boot Camp: Saturday A.M. class of; just hard work, and all levels.
Pilates Reformer: Apply Pilate's principles while adding resistance.
Nutrition Counseling: Learn healthy eating aimed at combining your lifestyle with balanced eating.
Senior Fitness: Whether class based or individual, learn keeps to improving overall health.
P.A.C.E.: From the Arthritis Foundation to improve joint range or motion, flexibility, and strength for any age.
