Paul has been my personal trainer for 1 1/2 years now and I can t say enough good things about my experience. I chose his studio because of the personal private VIP attention I was looking for. I did not want to join a meet market type gym and Body Design Training is definitely not that way. I thought it would be a perfect fit for me and I was right. Not only did Paul help me to reach my goal of loosing weight and toning up but he taught me a lot about nutrition. I learned that healthier eating habits plays a big part in staying fit and maintaining my gains in personal training. He s been very motivating and actually makes working out fun.
