I only took a small handful of classes but I was surprised to see how much my attitude and mindset changed. I felt better, I smiled a little bit more, and when people cut me off while driving, I wasn't as bothered.
I found that through the Tai-Chi class, I was able to lose 10 lbs. I sweat a lot (which I didn't like, but it happens), and after, I felt exhausted yet refreshed. I was sore the next morning, but it soon faded. Good workout.
What I like best is the personal care. The manager there gave me personalized exercises to do, which I do to this day. I really should get back there.
Pros: Great service, personal care, guidance
Cons: 2nd floor. Too lazy to walk up
