We first moved to Raleigh just before my daughter turned 2. The owner of her day care center reffered us based on her experiences with her then, teenage sons.\r

From the very get go, Dr. Wasserman noted something odd about our daughter. Something becoming more prevalent but never once mentioned by the doctors at Camp LeJeune. He helped get us in contact with developmental therapist and we discovered she has Autism. Serenity can be very anxious and fights during the exams sometimes, but Dr. Wasserman has always been patient with her to ensure her safety and continued good health. \r

When our son was born, we could think of no one better to take care of him than Dr. Wasserman. An MRI done during a research study for infant siblings of children with Autism indicated that he potentially has a rare genetic cancer. The moment we mentioned this to Dr. Wasserman, he almost immediately jumped on to his computer to research this condition and get us refferals we needed for specialist. But even more important to me, is when I took my daughter in to have her arm checked after a break, he not only got us an earlier appointment with orthopaedics, but also followed up with where we were considering my son's condition.\r

I can't say good enough things about Dr. Wasserman. The facility is older, but is going through extensive renovations (they just added a beautiful salt water fish tank that my kids love). However, the staff know me and my family by name and can usually get us an appointment the same day if there's a concern. They also have after hours care and weekends.
Pros: Excellant Customer Service, Great Doctors
Cons: Older building, Location may not be overly convenient if you live outside the beltline
