The rudest people and so-called ""warranty"" 2/17/2012

I've read other reviews and especially agree with the person who was called a ""liar"" - I was called a liar last night!!!! After bringing my car back for service MANY times, for things that should have been checked BEFORE I bought the car, I found that NOTHING is under their 12-month warranty. Seat belt, air bag, emergency brake, rear window defroster (they told me to break the window so insurance would pay for it), O2 sensors, battery, no heat, major cooling system issues, trunk wouldn't close. more

WORST DEALERSHIP/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE 8/4/2011

I don't know why I waited so long to write this review. This place is the WORST dealership I have ever been to, simply because they are RUDE and have worst customer service ever. 2 years ago when I needed a car I went to the dealership because my sister bought her car there and got a really good deal. When I got to the dealership my family experience there was really bad from the beginning. People running the place are so unprofessional and rude, I have never experienced such treatment. Basically, when trying to negotiate the car price the car sales and manager called me a LIAR and said I don't have the money I claim to have, and I am not exaggerating when I say they called me a liar. The literally said ""B.S. you don't have the money to buy this today"" who are they to tell me what I have and don't, I was offering to pay cash for the car. I called them out on their horrible customer service, seeing that I manage customer service, but they just got even ruder. When my mom tried to talk to them and say that we were returning customers and got a good deal from them, they also said b.s that they would have never sold us that particular car for the amount they did. They were so rude, that I actually had to interrupt the guy and tell him ""Don't ever speak to my mother like that again"". I am just trying to draw a picture of how horrible and rude the employees are at that place seeing as the place was empty when we got there. Anyways, the treatment was so bad that my family and I just got up and walked away and never will we return to that place, and discourage anyone to go there unless you like bad experiences. more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME 11/3/2009

That is the same exact thing I am going through with this f***in dealership! I bought my car from there last July and the check engine light has been on since day 1. I keep going back to get it fixed and they SAY they fix it, charge you 3x more than it's worth because coincidentally everything you need to get fixed isn't under your warranty (what am i paying for then?), they disable the check engine light and then less than 24 hours it's back on again. Not to mention the horrible service I have received everytime I have gone into the service center. I made a list of everything that has gone wrong with my car in the last year that I've had it and totals almost 3 pages long. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE FOR YOUR CAR. Save your time, energy and money and avoid this place at all costs...it will just cause you too many headaches. Pros: Absolutely none. Cons: too expensive, everyone is rude, cars are full of problems more

If I could rate this company lower than a 1 star I would. I hated this company. We, my husband and I, bought our car from them, within three months we had been back and forth to Boch over 6 times. If you are even considering going to them to purchase a car DON'T. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU. They will keep fixing your car and IT WILL KEEP BREAKING DOWN and then by the time you are hip to it, you are outside of your warranty and there is nothing you can do. THEY have changed my life, some of my bills have had to fall behind because of our car. We are caught up now, but that is only because we are no longer taking our car back to BOCH. When all is said and done we had a bad engine. The outside looks decent but the engine is horrible!!!! Just ridiculous!!! Pros: Once you buy the car, the pros go out the window. Cons: the car just keeps breaking down, no matter how many times you trust them to fix it and the check engine light, never goes off. more
