Boch Honda

Like my wife said, we had an awful experience buying my '06 Honda Civic here. The only good thing was that we were able to trade in my old Civic for a more affordable newer one. But back to my rant: our salesperson was new and inexperienced in selling a car to an out-of-state buyer, and the upper management did little to guide him through the appropriate steps. There was a ton of miscommunication between management and the salesman and the salesman and us. We will think twice about returning to Boch. more

We are a Honda Civic family. My father, brother, husband and I all bought Honda Civics in 2005 from Boch Honda. We had a great buying experience, hence buying four! We recently decided to trade my husband's SI in for a more family-friendly Civic and we had a less-than-perfect visit this time. The finances were messed up - we got one interest rate and then a higher one days later, which put the car out of budget. We had to get rid of some extras to put it back in our price-range. Second, the car was supposed to be delivered a couple days after we bought it - we didn't get it for 8 days! Third, I took the day off for the delivery, which was supposed to come at 11AM - they were delayed and delayed and delayed and didn't arrive till after 3pm, which means I could've taken a half day instead. We're very happy with the car - it's perfect in every way, but the service was far less than perfect. more
