Es la primera Heladeria en MD,VA y DC que encuentro helados de pura fruta y una gran variedad de ellas (segun la temporada), me encanto el helado de lucuma, guanabana, maracuya y chirimoya. Si estabas buscando una lugar asi, este es el LUGAR!!!!!! more

Great, fresh flavors 9/1/2010

I remember going to Boccato one of the first weeks it opened, it hasn't changed a bit. All of their flavors use fresh ingredients and taste great, be sure to try Mojito!. Everyone is friendly and they love to let you try any flavor! Their espresso is a great complement to any flavor. Be sure to try Boccato soon. more

Fantastic and worth the wait 8/31/2010

We love it and will plan dinner around the opportunity to follow up with Boccato. Try the pistachio or the cake batter flavors - or any of the fruit sorbets. We go in the winter, too, and add a perfectly brewed tea or latte. Delicious! (Only negative: if you get there too late on a weekend night, they'll be out of alot of of the best flavors.) more

Expected more... 5/29/2010

We stopped here after I read in the post the great review... we were pretty disappointed, the flavors were not fantastic, I mean, not bad, but nothing out of this world, some even tasted artificial (watermelon for example). The worse part was not the gelato it was the manager/owner/whoever, who had the worse attitude ever, talked to costumers like he was doing us a favor and was not friendly or nice at all. Because of him, we are never coming back! more

Ever wonder what Pineapple Basil Sobert takes like? Have a special flavor you are dying to try? Boccato is a one of a kind Gelato place located just two blocks from the Clarendon metro that specializes in crazy flavor combinations mostly made from customer suggestions. Once you try their gelato once, I swear you will be begging to go back again. I am always curious what new flavor they are featuring in the store, and trust me there are always tons to choose from. Boccato has by far some of the best gelato flavors I have ever tasted! Pros: The customers get to pick their featured flavors more
