• DO NOT USE THIS GUY.....YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR TV FIXED AND YOU WILL BE WAISTING YOUR MONEY... You’re better off calling a reputable TV repair place. READ all the reviews that are bad. Everyone that is writing this is pretty much telling the truth about this guy. Let me tell you my story: As one lady had mentioned in a review, if you ask him a question he gets very irate ( I have had him yell, and interrupt me on the phone) This guy is NUTS! I had a friend on alert that he was coming by, and with one push of a button he would be on his way.\r

When I first called him he was all over the board with his prices. He said it would be $25 service call & $50 as a down payment to ""LOOK"" at the TV. I told him that I had bought a bulb, and he said they are all Chinese knock offs and are no good. Then he told me he had worked on several of these TV’s and its the ballast. He took the back part of the TV off and took it to his shop, this was a Sunday. He brought it back the following Sunday saying it all checked out and he needed to come test the TV. When I asked him why he did not do that in the first place instead of removing the back of the TV and bringing it to the shop to test it that is when he started yelling, telling me he has done this for 30yrs, and everyone that is writing bad reviews on him is because they own other TV shops, and are trying to put him out of Business!! This guy should be put out of Business, and I will be contacting the BBB next. \r

He returned the following Sunday with the component he removed then proceeded to tell me that he has no idea what is wrong but he really thinks it's the bulb, and he could order me one for $135, or $180 depending on where he gets it. I would not order a rock from this guy. He also proceeded to tell me that he will need $10 or $15 for the service call. The last time I checked that should have been part of the $25 service call I paid the first day when he came over to look at the TV (and by the way did no testing what so ever). Is that not part of a service call charge....from beginning to end? It was worth giving him the $10 to get out of their.\r

This guy has NO MORRALS, OR VALUES FOR ANY OF HIS CUSTOMERS. Also I can see why he only accepts checks. If he took charge cards after experiencing the poor service you would be canceling payment.\r
