Bob's is so much better than anywhere else. No one else in town has even a fraction of the knowledge that is available at Bob's Pet and Pond.

They do take pretty good care of their animals, I'll give them that. Their prices are pretty standard. I really didn't appreciate the attitude the staff gave me. Everyone seemed too busy to talk to me and wouldn't listen to any of my questions. Both times I've gone in (figuring that the first time they were possibly just busy and had had a crazy day and that would explain the service), by the time I finally got a staff member to assist me, they were incredibly rude and condescending. I did not feel welcome and if I have a choice, I will not return to this establishment. more

Good staff 9/26/2005

This is a great place. The employees are friendly and helpful. They can always answer my questions. I think their prices are fair. They have a large selection of pet foods and supplies. My dog likes this place too. They have a very friendly cat that lives at the store, which I think shows how much they care about animals. more

Great place for pets 9/11/2005

The staff at Bob's is always so helpful and friendly. They carry a wide range of animals and are very knowledgable about them. They even have cats that live at the store. They can always answer your questions and are happy to help. I would highly recommend them. Their prices are very good and they have promotions going on all of the time. more
