We bring our aging van(130,000+ & going strong) to guys at Bob's. Last visit, just an oil change, may have mentioned I was going on long-ish trip. They checked the windshield wipers and suggested I change them...had forgotten to ask, but so glad they caught it. This reminded me back wiper wasn't really working, so I told him that but said not to worry, I'd come back when had a longer appointment and they could take a look at it. Couple minutes later, keys in my hand, mechanic mentioned he just squirted a little lube on the back wiper mechanism and back wiper was working perfectly. I drove off feeling confident! They are the best. more
