Solid visit 4/11/2014

The mechanic, Roger, was very straightforward and honest with me about what needed to be done. Toyota had quoted me $4k+ which had made me hesitant to put that much money into my car. You guys came in at around $1000 and seemed to have a better sense for what I should practically do to keep my car going for a few more years. Much appreciated. more

Bob's Service Center provides an easy and accessible online utility to review my vehicle's service history and recommended forthcoming scheduled maintenance; I schedule through that utility or an email message directly to Roger LaBonte. This shop is on time, does good work, communicates openly and has been consistently trustworthy. They are good partners in maintaining my vehicle. more
