Bob gave the best assessment (trenchless) and remedy for the repair. The work was flawless, his equipment and technicians were top quality. Bob and Shane made a difficult situation easy. The professionalism and caring attitude to make our home whole again was greatly appreciated. They did a great job on repiping our home and were terrific on finding other fantastic people like Jim Wallace for dry wall work. Shane and his crew were helpful,efficient, and clean. Bob and his team are consummate professionals. I found them through the hearty recommendation of a high-maintenance (hard-ass) friend. I had dealt with another plumber with whom I was not impressed. Bob and his son Shane came to my (newly purchased) home, immediately diagnosed the issues I was encountering, and got to work. The results are great -- a new sewer line that required some creative configuring, a shower that now sprays water, faucets that work, and myriad other enhancements to keep things working properly. Knowing that Bob and his crew were working on this project was a huge relief to me...and I'm confident that I now have stable plumbing. I would recommend Bob's Rooter & Plumbing without hesitation. It all started so innocently, planning a bit of repaving to improve the looks of my 1940’s small office building before the soon-to-be new tenants moved in. Soon after they started, the paving company supervisor was reassuring me that all would be well and busily working to patch up the old, rusty main water pipe that had been jarred by the pounding of the jackhammer and now leaking. It was clear that the patching wasn’t a good idea & all the old plumbing had to be redone. When “my” local plumber came by, his diagnosis was devastating. The concrete floor right down the middle of the offices needed to be broken up to re-pipe. After a few more calls & opinions, I was referred to Bob’s Plumbing. Bob Lavoie’s son, Shane came by and after sizing up the situation, he offered a more reasoned and doable approach to re-piping the building. Bob’s plumbing work was accomplished in a very timely manner, was well organized and meticulously done. Shane called me at the end of each day w/ status reports. He was available by cell and/or returned my calls to him. Even Bob showed up one day to lend a hand. Bob & Jason were super nice, on time, and knew their stuff. Helped fix my sink in no time flat, and gave some very affordable quotes on other work I'm thinking of having done. Pros: Friendly, prompt, thorough Cons: none more

You need it fixed and they will do it, no matter how long it takes them and they do not charge by the hour. Plus they are sweet smelling and clean up the mess. Pros: Honesty not a gouger Cons: NONE more

He called to say he was on his way with an exact time, not some 5 hour wait period. They looked at what our old plumber did and just laughed, this guy is the best. He came to unblock our pipes and I have used him ever since, he changed our water tank and my landlord uses him for everything now. If you want the best at a very reasonable rate, most importantly, HONEST. Bob is your guy. Pros: everything more

After going through hell with 2 other local plumbers (jerks)! I found Bob on the internet and I'm SOLD! This company is the best service company I've ever called out to my house! By far they are very knowledgeable and gave me the confidence in solving my sewer and root problems which I've endured for too many years! After going through so many plumbers over the years, I'm very happy I found Bob and his son's. I will recommend to my neighbors and keep his number for all my future plumbing problems!
