I have been shopping at Bob's for years and usually get the prime rib which has always been outstanding. The seasonings that they have put on the roast is wonderful. Cooking instructions given by them were spot on and I also received instructions on what to do with the left over bones that still had lots of meat on them. Found the customer service to be great and very helpful. Trying a pork loin for Christmas this year - using the recipe I got from them. Yummy! more

Excellent cuts of meat, so-so service 11/3/2009

Have been purchasing bundles of meat from Bob's for years. Meat is usually A+ excellent, especially the beef and bacon. Cuts of pork are good as well. Service is neither speedy nor with a smile, and they won't do much ""outside the box"" to please customers. Overall though, the quality of the beef keeps us coming back. Pros: Best meat around, especially the beef Cons: Not willing to do much in the name of customer service more
