2001 LS new car inspection 3/20/2014

A couple of things were missed during the inspection. The power steering pump is leaking causing a very loud startup when cold. Additionally the coolant and transmission fluid needed changing. I wish I'd had that info before purchasing the car. Had to incur $1000 worth of work that I wasn't anticipating based on the findings from your new car inspection. more

We take all our company rigs there, I have already talked to upper management to change that if possable. more

Quality repair work and good customer service 11/19/2013

I have been very happy with the customer service and repair work done on my car. My only concern was with the work done earlier this year when my windshield wipers would quit working intermittently and with no notice. You told me that it would have to start happening more frequently before you could diagnose the problem. That was too dangerous for my comfort level. I looked it up on the BMW blogs and found that it was a common problem with my model. I asked you to order a recommended part and make the repair and you did. It was easy for me to check the blog and find the likely problem. I wish you had done the same. I felt like my safety was not important enough for you to take the time to check it out online. Other than this one instance, I have been completely with my service and the cost of repairs. more
