My husband brought our fireplace glass to Bob's as it was cracked. We were told that it would take two weeks for the replacement piece to come in and that it would cost $ 250.00. Once the two weeks was up, we called but they had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. Then when they finally figured it out they said it would be another two weeks. When that time period was up we called and again they had no clue who we were and very rudely told us that they just got a shipment and would call when they went through it. Guess what??? Never got that call... so again, we call them but they tell us that it was not in the shipment. Next call... they let us know that we gave them the wrong manufacture number... then when we read it back they tell us it was correct and the glass will be there in two weeks but the price is now 425.00. When we ask what happened to that $ 250.00 we are told that the price went up. I am very disappointed and I would never deal with this company again. I will make sure that everyone that I know hears what they put us through.
