I spent almost 3,000$ dollars at Bob's. The day before I was supposed to receive my shipment, I was supposed to get a phone call confirming the delivery . I never got that phone call, and when I called they said my delivery had been canceled for no apparent reason. They weren't even going to notify me. I had to wait on hold for 35 minutes to get hold of someone to straighten this out. We rescheduled the delivery and when they finally came, half of the order was missing. I sent it all back, and 5 days later still waiting for my refund. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
