Horrible customer service. Once they have your money, seems they don't care. Make sure you follow-up when carpet due in or installation due. They will leave you hanging. I am sitting in a house torn apart. Carpet installation was due three days ago. They never called to let me know the carpet was on back order! more

Great customer service 12/22/2009

II don't normally write reviews but I had to on this one. After having several nightmare experiences with a local large lumber store in our area and a certain 800 number carpet store that says they come to you…I went to Bob's Carpet Mart in Clearwater. I was greeted right away by salesman, Jim. He was very nice, professional and most importantly he showed me all levels of carpet and tile….not just the expensive stuff!! He understood what I was looking for and answered all my questions about the carpet and tile I was asking about! Wow go figure, a flooring place that has nice and knowledgeable employees all in one place! I will definitely recommend Bob's Carpet to anyone and I will be going back after the first of the year to finish the rest of my house! Pros: Customer service is good, good products! Cons: None that I ran into...... more
