A great friendly place. Great price and ample portions. Homemade sides and it is a friendly group of servers. Throwback to the BBQ Resturants of the 60's. My motto is if it is not broken why try to fix it. Good place for business and families. Has a meeting room for private meetings and parties. Go as often as i can get to Granville County!!!! more

Great food, Great service, Great time!! 4/13/2009

Bob's bar-b-que offers great food at reasonable prices. The Saturday Morning Brunch Club from Durham NC had their annual Easter Brunch there and the women absolutely loved it!! My grandmother (94 yrs. young and the eldest mbr.) loves oysters but is pretty picky - SHE LOVED them!! I think Bob's will probably become there annual brunch place. The service was impeccable and everyone was really nice and friendly. AND the desserts are so good I wondered if my grandma had gone before us and made them! Great place!!! Pros: Everything was great! more

Good Good Stuff! 5/19/2008

This place has excellent BBQ and fish and desserts. I'm always stuffed when I leave. The old timers will always tell you it's not as good as it used to be ,-but Old folks say that alot. It is excellent. There is really good hot sauce on the table too and good sweet tea. Bob's is a jewel among all those crappy fast food joints on 56. more
