I called Bob to see about fixing my dryer portion of a stacking washer/dryer combo. We had had a different repairman "fix" it two weeks before, and it wasn't heating. That other repairman did not come when he said that he would and wouldn't even call back, except two or three days later. I called Bob on Wednesday and he said he would be here Saturday between 10:00 and 11:00. He called about 15 minutes before he came (closer to 10:00 than 11:00), he took the dryer apart and found the problem almost immediately (the other repairman installed the heater incorrectly, and it would never have heated). It needed a couple of parts. Bob left again and said that he would come back later if he could, but he would call whether came he back or not. He called about 1:45 and gave me 15 minutes to be ready. I was here, he fixed the dryer, it runs perfectly (much hotter than before it went out), and charged very little. He even had to re-install some screws because the other guy didn't even put the dryer back together correctly. Bob was friendly, kind, and a perfectionist about his work. He had hurt his back earlier that day, and he was still fast. His work is also guaranteed. Unlike the other "repairman", Bob fixed the problem quickly and correctly, plus he didn't leave until I was happy with the dryer performance.||[]||[]Bob is a man you can rely on to come when he says and to fix the appliance correctly. When you need something repaired, chances are it's immediate, and that you don't have a clue who to trust.
