Our old AC evaporator coil (inside) developed a slow leak so we had a different company provide an estimate and options since it used the old freon type. We decided to have Bob's AC do the same and were much happier with their options, Rheem products, and the detailed parts and labor breakdown. They even adjusted their bid to beat the first company.\r

The first company was pushy yet vague. The office staff at Bob's was extremely helpful over the phone with every step, including financing. The installation crew was very professional and the work quality was the best I've seen. They were respectful, thorough, and cleaned up all messes.\r
