My family and I have ate at Bobby's every Sunday for lunch for many many years. It was a tradition, but not anymore. Bobby, the owner, and his wife are WONDERFUL people. Their son is also, but his daughter, April, has no business being around the customers. She is extremely rude and just mean. She is gossips about the customers after they leave and was extremely rude to us. After a while, we started requesting another waitress that was really good who we had gotten to know, but this didn't stop April from coming to our table or over hearing her gossip about people. We tip very well (20%) and ordered the same thing everytime except for once when we had my mother-in-law with us. She is elderly and wanted a grilled ham and cheese. We asked our waitress, who was not April, if she could have one and she asked the cook, who is Bobby's son (he is a wonderful person also). The cook said it was fine, so we went ahead with our order. When our food was ready, April brought it to us and got extremely RUDE with my 81 year old mother-in-law. She told her that the grilled cheese was not on their menu except for lunch and she needs to learn how things are run around here. I told her we asked and she still said something about learning how things are run around there and that menu is not available on Sundays. I was shocked and so was everyone at our table. She has gotten rude with us before, but never like this. She hurt my mother-in-laws feelings and mine too. Several other people have told me that they have stopped eating at Bobby's because of her. We no longer eat at Bobby's either. I miss seeing Bobby, but I will not be insulted by his daughter ever again.\r
