I called Bobby last summer to help me manage my rent house. He gave me really good advice on pricing it right, interviewed the new tenants and got the house rented out in short time. He also has the same tenants to purchase the house next summer. He's very dedicated and I wish I had an agent like him here in California -- my transactions would run so much smoother. more
