Bobby Flay has taken some of the best ideas from his NYC spots and transposed them to the wonderful Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City. To me, the difference between great steakhouses....Peter Luger, Sparks, Prime, etc....is negligible. Great steaks, solid sides, a strong winelist is what each one should (and does) have. The difference with Bobby Flay's steakhouse at the Borgata are the flavors!! Whether you have great steaks hand rubbed with his special Southwestern touches or the warmly-delicious ""Louisiana Filet""..which is a filet, cut into 2 filets and one is served with a bernaise sauce and the other piece with a Crawfish sauce.....or perhaps have some fun with Bobby's take on the Philadelphia Cheesesteak....you will get a solid piece of meat that has ""fun"" added to it. So, if you want a solid meal built around great steak and want a more ""responsive"" staff, a fun and beautiful atmosphere...and really good choices to complement that steak (please try the Lobster/Avocado appetizer....it's a killer)....then come enjoy Bobby's idea of a wonderful...and flavorful...steakhouse. Word of advice...asked to be seated in the back...the restaurant in huge; but gets noisier up front.
Pros: Creative, enjoyable (non threatening) steakhouse
Cons: Noisier up front
