When it comes to unmatched service and satisfaction for golf club repair, and equipment Bob VanSweden is the man. A little over a couple years ago I purchased a top brand set of clubs that came equipped with steel tour shafts. Within six months the shaft to my five iron broke at the hosel. I took it to a well-known golf retailer who contacted the club manufacture, and said they would honor the warranty. The store shipped off the club and needless to say 3 1/2 weeks later I received my repaired club. \r
A month and a half later the exact same thing happened to my six iron. Once again the store shipped off the club this time it took four weeks to receive my repaired club. I found out that the clubs were fitted with a bad batch of shafts, and that if I broke another shaft, they wanted me to ship the whole set back to be repaired. \r
Because of my love for the game of golf 3 1/2 to 4 weeks is too long to go without playing golf. After doing some research I came across Bob's website only to find out that his store was less than 4 min. from my house. After meeting and talking with Bob I could tell that he was concerned about my issue and immediately started working on the clubs to ship them back. Because of Bob's reputation in the golf industry he spoke on my behalf with the club manufacturer, who gave me some options, of course I took the best one available (an updated brand-new set of clubs F.O.C.). Two days later (three days after meeting Bob) Bob called me and told me that my clubs were in (he had them overnighted). What took one store four weeks to do, Bob rectified my problem in three days. \r
Some business's would try to make a sale not caring if it's what you really need, or if it works for you. But what I found out about Bob and the way that he does business, is that he puts the customers concerns and issues front row in order to help better their golf game rather than just making a profit. I would certainly recommend to anyone who loves the game of golf, and want to better your game, and possibly lower your scores; Bob VanSweden is the man when it comes to golf equipment and repair.\r
