Bob Tusky's Best Appliance Heating And Cooling

This company left me hanging over almost 2 months one 1 small part to my dryer that needed fixed. They had no problem cashing my check within a few days. I called a total of 12 times and the owner Bob was clueless about everything. He told me he deals with 50 customers a day and can't remember everyone. To me that means my business wasn't important enough. On the 12th phone call, my part was in and he nor anyone else in the office bothered to call me to set up an appt. I set up an apt on a Tuesday after 12:30pm. I called at 2:15pm that day to see if they were showing up still. Like always, Bob had no clue and didn't bother adding me to the schedule. He still came out and fixed the part that day. He also had to ask yet again what my address was, since he clearly doesn't write anything down. I WILL NEVER USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER REFER HIM TO SOMEONE. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!!! more

I have used this service twice and would refer anyone to them. I called and talked to the tech and scheduled a service appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, in uniform with the part that was needed! Thank you so much! more
