Bob Sumerel Tire & Service

Sat. Oct 15, 2011.. 97 Four Runner had a tire that could not be fixed, thought I may need to buy a new one ( $140 ).. These guys suggested using my full size never been used spare, then buying a used tire to replace my spare ! Great idea, saved me $100.plus the put mounted my spare on my factory wheel. great service, very fair, good people.. WILL buy my next set from Bob Sumerel.. ( he should be proud of these guys ) more

I wrote the window review. I called back and talked to someone else and they are now being helpful. Looks like they are going to fix the window now so I probably jumped the gun on my 1 star review. I'll report back if anything changes from this point. more

I had my window "fixed" at Bob Sumerel tire on 2/05/11. On 3/2/11 my window came off the track again even though Bob Sumerel claimed to have fixed it. When I called back to see if the labor was guaranteed LIKE IT SAYS ON THE FOLDER THEY PUT YOUR RECEIPT IN, they told me "not for that kind of work" and they knew what the problem was with my window when I called but they didn't tell me I need any parts when I fixed it the first time. If you want quality work done don't go to Bob Sumerel. I payed 118.50 to have my window fall off the track 25 days later and to be told that "that kind of labor isn't guaranteed". more

I have had my car in to this Bob Sumerel's severl times in the past year. They have always been very professional and we have not really ever had a problem with their work. Three weeks ago I had my rear brakes replaced, and just this past week, we had the front brakes done, new calipers and roters too. We were to leave town the next day, and when we got in our car and started driving the brake light on my dashboard kept flashing on, and then it would go out. So we called Bob Sumerel's and they were able to take a look at it and return it to us within half an hour. All we needed was a little brake fluid someone had forgotten to top off. So, I am impressed overall with their work an that they were willing to look at this past issue immediately and take care of things. more
