Bob Sumerel Tire & Service has saved me many times. Just last week I had my air conditionor servived. The Chysler dealer wanted $200 just to look Bob's looked at it and fixed it...

I was very disappointed in the attitude from the man behind the desk, I will never set foot in that store again.

Went to Bob Sumerel about tues., I got there at 12:00 pm and Jason said it was ok to leave and come back at 12:30 as I had 2 ahead of me. I had a groupon.. (MAYBE THIS WAS WHY.) But at 2:45 I left out of there. And as they were bringing my car out , jason started talking to another customer that just came in like 5 min. before about some tires , I was before that the only one in the show room., for like maybe 20 min. All I needed was a oil change and tires rotated.. . anyway He just kept talking so I just up and said excuse me I have to leave. And he said o well u need to ck out. DAAAAAA... He should have said excuse me this person has been here almost 3 hr's I need to ck her out... I should not have had to call him on it, anyway ... NEVER AGAIN at that store...:(( more

Get it fixed quick 6/15/2006

Bob Sumerel Tire & Service has saved me many times. Just last week I had my air conditionor servived. The Chysler dealer wanted $200 just to look Bob's looked at it and fixed it for $160 and only took 3 hours. I know I would have had the van down at chylers all day. \r \r I have also had 3 flat tires fixed there and all 3 times they were fast and affordable. PROS: Fast and cheaper than the dealer CONS: they can't fix everything more
